The Arxceo Team

Arxceo's core management team has a proven track record of successfully building products, creating demand and growing business at high-tech companies. Seven of the employees at Arxeo have been founders in four different startup companies in the network security and management industry. This combined business and technical knowledge provides for rapid innovative development not easily duplicated at large corporations.


Board of Directors

Donald J. “Don” Davidson is founder, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Arxceo Corporation. Prior to founding Arxceo, Mr. Davidson served as president of the Digital Desktops Division for Avocent Corporation. This newly created position was the result of Avocent's acquisition of 2C Computing, Inc. where Mr. Davidson was co-founder, president and chief executive officer prior to the acquisition. Mr. Davidson architected the sale of 2C Computing to Avocent for $22.8M in August of 2002. Mr. Davidson also served 2C Computing as executive vice president and chief operating officer and vice president of business development. Mr. Davidson started his career in 1979 as a marketing representative for IBM. Throughout his 17-year career with IBM, Mr. Davidson held various middle and senior management positions in sales, marketing and software technologies. In 1990 he was named IBM's Marketing Manager of the Year. In 1995 Mr. Davidson left IBM and joined ADS Corporation as part of a management transition team, where he served as a corporate officer, vice president of sales and marketing and vice president of corporate development. Mr. Davidson left ADS in 1999 to co-found 2C Computing, Inc. Mr. Davidson serves as an advisor and director of technology companies in Alabama, Virginia and California. Mr. Davidson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College, where he also serves on the Presidentís Advisory Council.

Frank Seija Sanda is founder and CEO of Japan Communications Inc (JCI), the majority owner of Arxceo since March, 2006. Before founding JCI in 1996, Frank Sanda served as CEO of Apple Computer Japan and Vice President and General Manager at Motorola. Dr. Sanda has extensive experience in finance, having filled senior officer positions at Citibank and Merrill Lynch in the United States. He also spent 12 years working in the railroad industry in both Canada and the United States. An engineer by trade, Dr. Sanda holds a Ph.D., and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Marc Winn joined Computer and Communications Technology, (CCT), a JCI Group company in 2005. In 2006, Mr. Winn became CEO of Communications Security and Compliance Technology (CSCT), another member of the JCI Group of companies. Prior to joining CCT, Mr. Winn served for the past sixteen years in executive management roles at technology companies ranging in maturity from start-up to Fortune 1000, whether engaged in a public equity offering or acquisition. His focus on security and regulatory compliance along with his experience in e-commerce and systems management has included senior positions at Intrusec, Harbinger, Xcellenet, Stonesoft, and several early stage companies in which he was an angel investor. Before his tenure in technology, Marc worked in the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch and Oppenheimer & Company. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of the South.

David A. Izatt is a founder and the chief technology architect at Arxceo. Mr. Izatt is the inventor of the primary patent for Arxceo’s core technology as well as numerous additional patent submissions since Arxceo’s creation. Mr. Izatt continues to create potentially patentable approaches and methods for improving network security as he designs the next generation of Arxceo’s core technology. Prior to founding Arxceo, Mr. Izatt was president and chief executive officer of AAW Inc, where he developed the original core PnPRO method. Mr. Izatt was also a senior programmer of Palladia Corporation, a startup focused on developing advanced distributed computing approaches. Mr. Izatt has also held other relevant roles such as network administrator of a public university, where he was faced with problems that lead him to eventually create Arxceo’s technology.

J. Chandler Hall is a founder and vice president of marketing at Arxceo. Mr. Hall was previously a founder and vice president of marketing for 2C Computing. Mr. Hall began his career in 1983 at Intergraph Corporation, a leading computer graphics company. While at Intergraph, Mr. Hall managed a variety of departments in support, pre-sales and marketing before being named director of marketing, Windows NT Server Division, in 1996. Two years later, Mr. Hall was named director of marketing for Intense3D, a division of Intergraph specializing in professional 3D video graphics hardware. Mr. Hall authored the business plan and was instrumental in preparing this division to be sold. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Jacksonville State University.

Jackie Smith Cashion is director of software engineering at Arxceo. Ms. Smith Cashion brings more that twenty five years of software engineering and development experience to the company. Prior to joining Arxceo, Ms. Smith Cashion was a senior software engineer at Red Hat where she was responsible for device driver development for various systems including embedded O.S. platforms. Before joining Red Hat, Ms. Smith Cashion was a technical manager and software consultant at Intergraph for Network Communications. Ms. Smith Cashion has also held a variety of supervisory and software development positions with Digital Equipment, Taylor Publishing, Texas Instruments, and Union Carbide. Ms. Smith Cashion received a B.S. in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University and is nearing completion of her M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Greg Grant is vice president of sales and channel development. Mr. Grant has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, specializing in IT security since 1992. Starting in 1999 as a core member of the management team at Internet Security Systems, he helped guide the company’s successful transition from a product to a services-oriented model which eventually lead to their purchase by IBM's global services division for over $1.3 billion. Mr. Grant was most recently employed at Nokia, where he implemented and led the Enterprise Partner Program for their Intellisync products. Mr. Grant is a graduate of WAY college and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. at Heriot Watt University.

Dave Bryan is director of finance at Arxceo. Mr. Bryan has over 12 years financial management experience and was previously Business Operations Controller for Nokia in Huntsville, Alabama after its purchase of DiscoveryCom.  In addition, Mr. Bryan was director of finance for Teracruz, a database network appliance company that reduced query traffic and database server stress. Mr. Bryan was also controller for Thermo Information Solutions, which owned five companies providing internet support and browsing services, document management software, virtual reality gaming and systems logistics management for government contractors. Mr. Bryan holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master’s in Management of Information and Technology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
