Arxceo Adds Key Executives and Opens New

International and Domestic Offices

Appoints VP of Sales & Channel Development and Director of Finance

HUNTSVILLE, AL, December 5, 2006 – Arxceo® Corporation, a provider of anti-reconnaissance and anomaly-based attack prevention technology, today announced that it has opened offices in Atlanta, GA and Tokyo, Japan.  They also have announced the appointments of Greg Grant as Vice President of Sales and Channel Development and Dave Bryan as Director of Finance.

Mr. Grant has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, specializing in IT security since 1992. He joins Arxceo from Nokia, where he implemented and led the Enterprise Partner Program for their Intellisync products. Mr. Grant also served as a core member of the management team at Internet Security Systems, where he helped guide the company’s successful transition from a product to a services-oriented model which eventually lead to their purchase by IBM's global services division for over $1.3 billion. He will lead the new Atlanta office.

Dave Bryan joins Arxceo’s Huntsville team as Director of Finance. Mr. Bryan has over 12 years financial management experience.   He was previously Business Operations Controller for Nokia in Huntsville, Alabama after its purchase of DiscoveryCom.  Mr. Bryan’s other recent positions include director of finance for Teracruz, a database network appliance company and controller for Thermo Information Solutions.

Arxceo’s Ally ip100 and IP1000 security appliances, as well as Personal IPS (a new, endpoint security solution for Windows XP) are now sold into Asia through Arxceo Japan.  Personal IPS integrates Arxceo’s patented Plug and Protect (PnPRO™) and Tag-UR-IT™ technologies into Japan Communications Inc.’s (JCI) award-winning B-Mobile PHS product.  JCI, a leading Japanese MVNO, acquired a majority ownership in Arxceo in February, 2006.
